We are a full service distributor for the food processing industry, offering both new and used equipment along with supplies and service. Started in 1967 as the North Texas distributor for an innovative food processing equipment company, we were instrumental in introducing automatic patty machines, mixer/grinders and vacuum packaging to the industry.

During this time, an innovative, hands on attitude was passed down from one generation to the next.  With our founder having a machinist background it was natural to keep a manual machine shop in place for use in general repairs and service.

In 1996 we parted ways with this manufacturer and began using the knowledge and relationships developed during those 39 years to source and manufacture parts to take care of our customers and later to help our dealer friends in similar situations.  The third generation carries forward the same commitment to service and customer satisfaction.

Currently sharing 25,000 square feet with 2 sister companies in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metropolitan area, stock a large inventory of vacuum pouches, waxed and steak papers along with over $100,000 in parts inventory ready to ship.

We have 2 service bays, a manual machine and welding shop along with our new CNC production area which features Haas TL-1 lathe and TM-1 machining center.  We have sheet metal fabrication with notching, punching, CNC bending and both TIG and spot welding for various applications.

Utilizing CAD software, we are able to duplicate and reverse engineer most parts for our needs.  Using this software, we are able to engineer a design, verify dimensions or prototype.  We are then able to develop CNC code and input into our machine and lathe centers to manufacture parts with accuracy and repeatability to .001” or better.
